How it works
Create your account with your email or Google, add your trading name and contact details, and upload the owner's ID and a proof of address. We check every business before customers can book it.
Opening hours, closed days, walk-in or mobile. Name your own washes, set a price per vehicle size and add extras like tyre shine or engine bay.
You get a notification the moment someone books. Accept, or decline with a reason they'll see. Their phone number shows once you accept.
Features
New requests, active jobs and history in one list, or a day view when the forecourt gets busy. Search by customer or vehicle and filter by walk-in, mobile or staff member.
Set a base price and a surcharge for SUVs, bakkies and vans, or price a wash for one size only. Add-ons are priced and timed your way, and customers see the total before they book.
Completed washes, revenue, average ticket and cancellations for any period, broken down by branch and by wash. Export a PDF for your bookkeeper or a CSV for your own spreadsheets.
Set a travel radius and fee per branch. On the way, your crew shares their live location so the customer knows when to expect you.
Customers rate the wash afterwards. Reply in public and show new customers you care.
If something goes wrong, the customer raises it in the app and we help both sides sort it out.
Phone numbers are shared only for accepted bookings, and personal details are cleared after a booking ends, in line with POPIA.

No. Customers pay you directly at the wash, the way you already take payment. spotyshine doesn't handle the money and takes no cut. Paid plans have a fixed monthly fee, and the Free plan costs nothing.
An email address and password, or a Google account, plus your trading name, a business phone number and email. A company registration number is optional. Before your first branch goes live we ask for the owner's ID and a proof of address, and we check every business before customers can book it. We delete those documents 30 days after our decision.
After 30 completed bookings in a month your branches are hidden from customers and can't take new bookings until the 1st of the next month. Bookings already made still go ahead. You get a warning at 25 and at 30, and upgrading lifts the limit straight away: Starter allows 100 a month, and Growth and Pro have no limit.

Yes. Each branch can offer walk-in, mobile or both. For mobile washes you set how far you travel and what you charge for it, and your crew can share their live location with the customer while they drive there.
Owners invite managers and staff by email, and each person sees only the branches they work at. Staff use the Partner app on Android. On an iPhone or a computer, the partner portal works in any browser.
